STORAGE SERVICES: We have nearly 200,000 square feet of inside storage available and 10 acres of outside storage space. Our warehouse and yard are fenced and secure. Our warehouse is located in Canton, Ohio with easy access to major interstates and highways including I77, State Rte. 30, and the Ohio Turnpike. 10' high dock doors allow entry for most lift trucks. Drive-through overhead door access is available for those units higher than 119".

CONDITION REPORTS: Our 25 years of experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all types of industrial lift trucks allows us to accurately inspect and prepare condition reports for equipment.  We tell it like it is on our reports and buyers have come to accept our word and like knowing up front what they're getting with no surprises.  We know what's important to buyers and sellers because that's our business too!

DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHS: With all of the off-lease equipment on the market today, buyers can afford to be more selective with their purchases.  Presented with the option of a truck which they've seen a picture of, or one without and all other things being equal, they'll opt for the one with the photograph.  Combine that with an accurate condition report and you've greatly increased the market value of the equipment.
 

MARKET INFORMATION:  We've got our finger on the pulse of the market and know what's available, what buyers are looking for, and what they're willing to pay. The decision whether or not to accept the market price is yours.  All we can provide is market intelligence.  40 combined years of lift truck marketing experience in the new and used arena have given us expertise in our marketing and re-marketing efforts. We can also assist in selling future residuals.
 

REMARKETING SERVICE: We buy and sell equipment every day.  Our extensive customer list includes dealers, wholesalers, and end users from around the world.  We publish and distribute updated inventory lists on a regular basis.
 
ASSET RECOVERY ASSISTANCE:  We offer assistance in asset recovery due to bankruptcy or delinquency including arranging transportation and logistics.
 

REPAIR SERVICES:  Many off-lease units are being returned with dead batteries, missing parts, or other problems that affect the resale value. We can provide expert repair services as major or as minor as deemed necessary to make these units marketable.  We'll also make the recommendations regarding what will and won't increase it's market value.
